After seeing Oh Joy's post on these heavenly little french treats, i have been on a google rampage trying to find them here in houston. none seem to exist, or none that i can find. i'm a Crème brûlée feen and Canelé sounds like the perfect mixture between cake and crème brûlée, i've got to get my hands on one!!!
