I made a really quick and easy pad Thai- ish dish the other night for dinner. I basically used door sixteen's crispy tofu recipe and then sautéed bok Choy, red bell pepper and mushrooms with some soy sauce and garlic, then scrambled 2 eggs and stirred everything together, add in some noodles and mix in a sauce made of soy sauce, siracha, peanut butter and agave nectar to taste. Top with crushed peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges. So goooooooood.
