My newest obsession is adding a fried egg to basically anything. Adds amazing flavor and texture for basically pennies ( I know I'm not reinventing the wheel here, its just a new concept for me.) Anyway, besides beef fajitas (I'm looking at you Lauren) pizza is one of my fav items to use for the concoction. Any frozen pizza will do. I used a margherita pizza and added a spinach salad to the dish for some added health. It is cheap, fast, and delicious. Enjoy.
