Giada's Pork Chops Stuffed with Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach last night for dinner and MAN ALIVE, it was awesome (but really, goat cheese with anything tastes amazing). it was a relatively simple meal, i only used one pan, and not very expensive at all, yet tastes so good and looks just as pretty. i served it with sauteed hericot verts with sliced white onion and garlic and voila! dinner was served in under 30 minutes.
