as you well know, i love bakerella. I was in the mood for something sweet the other day and she had a post on these delicious cowboy/cowgirl cookies. She even showed you how to make them into little gift jars...too cute! anyway, i made the cookies and they turned out sooooo good, like too good. i ate about 20 too many. oh well, it was worth it. here is my version....
